遊戲簡介：

在一家冰淇淋工廠爆炸後，許\許\多多突變的蟲子跑了出來，並且占據了城市島。你是這場災難中倖存下來的人之一，想辦法面對蟲群、打倒頭目並且逃出這個島。



這是一款戰略型的角色演遊戲，玩家將在遊戲中控制倖存者Bob Stell，透過搜尋生存者與收集裝備的方式，在被妖蟲占領的都市中活下去。為了生存的目標，玩家每天的工作就是搜尋區域、尋找生存者、打倒迎面而來的蟲、購買裝備與武器。



在城市地圖上玩家可以點選想要去的區域，一開始只有少數幾個區域可以進入，隨著搜尋的範圍變大，漸漸的會打開其他區域，每個區域會給予三個情報：



Searched：搜尋度，最高100%

Characters：生存者的數量

Bug hostility rating：感染度，移動時遇上蟲子的機率



進入關卡後會到達區域地圖，玩家可以點選地圖上的方格進行探索，也有幾個指令：

End Day：結束本日，可以提前離開

Search：進行探索

Shout：吶喊，可以吸引附近的生存者前來，但也有可能引來蟲子

Scan：掃描，必須要在商店買了Scanner才能用，可以花2個小時找出附近的物件：

綠色：敵人

白色：道具

紫色：彈藥

紅色：任務道具

藍色：生存者

空的：沒東西



當玩家遇到蟲子時就會進入戰鬥畫面，這時後就必須利用武器與蟲子戰鬥。畫面的右上方是蟲子的血量，右下方是我方攻擊模式，分為武器與近戰，上方都是通常攻擊，命中率會比較高，下方式特殊攻擊，威力會比較高。



當一天結束會會結算本日的收穫，也有可能會出現新的武器。玩家可以到商店中去購買新的武器來使用，也可以購買一些工具、物品和防具。另外，可以到生存者列表中去將尋獲的人加入隊伍中，這些角色並不會直接幫助玩家戰鬥，但會增加玩家的一些能力。
