遊戲簡介：

在一個沒有希望的世界當中，所有的一切都已經被幾乎已經消失在黑暗之中，只有一個人還繼續地努力存活下去……



雪中末日是一款另類的生存、驚悚與心理遊戲，玩家要在遊戲中扮演老山姆，努力的在嚴寒的土地中存活下去。遊戲的目的很簡單：儘量生存在世界末日那天。在遊戲開始後會有一小段說明，這這邊會介紹玩家生存的工具。畫面的左上角有時間和三條計量表，時間是玩家遊戲中的時間，約下午六點就會進入晚上；橘色計量條是飽腹度，可以吃食物來恢復；藍色計量條是口渴度，可以喝水來恢復；褐色計量條是精神，可以睡眠來恢復。



進入遊戲後玩家會身處在房子中，左上角是床，可以進行睡眠的動作，中間的是火堆，可以用來煮飯。出了房子外的空地下方是伐木區，可以裁切木頭來生火。另外，野外可以發現水源，馬上喝了可以止渴，也可以裝在罐子中；有時候也會遇到動物和果樹，可以用來果腹。



遊戲中有三種結局，會隨著玩家的行動而有不同的結果。每一天結束時會紀錄，如果死掉的話可以直接從紀錄的那天開始。最後要注意一下，整個遊戲採用即時動態事件，而且會相當驚悚地突然插入遊戲中，心臟不夠大顆的玩家小心被嚇到喔！
