世界末日後的生活會是怎樣？灰色、惡劣，吃著無法辨識的肉品或過期的罐頭食品？當你千辛萬苦的來到了夢寐以求的避難所，一切都跟想像中的不太一樣... ...



迷霧之秋的第四部，故事接續前幾部的劇情，主角身處於核暴過後的世界，在一代中逃出了避難的小屋後，發現很多人都變成了活屍，最後找到了一台卡車逃出了這個區域。傳說中有叫做Cupertown的城鎮是目前存活人類的避難所，你開著卡車正準備前往，但是突然之間卡車被不明的物體給弄壞了。幾經努力之下，終於到了傳說中的Cupertown，但接踵而來的卻是一棒悶棍與人性的黑暗，你決定找回裝備，再次踏上旅程。



這次的畫風還是延續系列作品，場景相當多，物品也非常多，多到甚至要用到倉庫的功\能。冒險的過程除了尋物之外，也有道具組合、密碼破解、交換與NPC互動等等，整個遊戲的難度中上，花費的時間也不少，比較適合進階玩家來遊玩。
